Now Open for Enrolment: Autistic Adult Group Program
6-week in-person group | Next Round Starting February 2026 | Fitzroy
We’re excited to offer a reflective, therapeutic group space for autistic adults to explore identity, emotions, sensory experiences, and relationships.
Facilitated by two experienced psychologists, this program blends guided support with a collaborative group learning environment. It’s designed for autistic adults seeking to deepen self-understanding, strengthen their sense of autistic identity, and build community with like-minded others.

Discovering Autism or ADHD later in life can bring clarity and open up new ways of understanding your experiences. As these insights take shape, it’s common to recognise how often daily life has felt overwhelming or misaligned with your needs.
Therapy offers a consistent, grounded space to sort through these experiences, explore your identity, and develop approaches that fit how your brain works. Together, we’ll focus on strengths-based support to help you navigate overwhelm and build a life that feels workable and authentic to you.

Even with clear values and good intentions—whether in relationships, health, or work—many people find themselves struggling to make the progress they want. Sometimes past trauma or early adversity creates patterns, reactions, or emotional burdens that make it difficult to move forward. Therapy offers a structured and safe space to process these experiences, understand their impact, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others in life.

For individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds, seeking therapy can present additional challenges. We may worry about being fully and accurately understood , as our struggles are often overlaid with cultural nuances. Concerns also arise about whether the support provided can resonate with our cultural narratives. Here, you story will be sensitively responded to. I am committed to working closely with you to adapt my therapeutic approaches to better reflect your worldview and cultural identity.
