Meet Dr Yan Yang (She/Her)

Hello! My name is Yan. I am a psychologist registered in both Australia and the UK, with experience in public and private mental health sectors, and a background in psychology teaching and research. I provide psychological support for neurodivergent adults, individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and those dealing with unresolved developmental trauma.

Committed to personalised and inclusive care, I employ evidence-based therapies, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tailoring my approaches to meet each client's unique needs. In my therapy sessions, you'll find a warm, down-to-earth approach, coupled with a keen ability to listen deeply and sensitively. My primary aim is to help individuals develop the right tools for navigating psychosocial challenges and enhancing well-being
